  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and deliver aviation training programs for pilots, cabin crew, ground staff, and technical personnel.
  • Conduct classroom, simulator, and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Ensure training materials comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA, EASA).
  • Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and practical evaluations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, aircraft systems, and safety procedures.
  • Prepare reports, maintain training records, and support audits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and improve course effectiveness.
  • Facilitate recurrent and initial training programs in both technical and non-technical areas.
