STS Technical Services is hiring an experienced Avionic Crew Chief to lead advanced avionics installation and modification projects in Moline, Illinois. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for avionics professionals who thrive in complex environments, take pride in craftsmanship, and know how to lead by example.
In this position, you will oversee avionics wiring projects from start to finish while mentoring technicians, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all work meets FAA, OEM, and company standards.
