Avionics Engineer

Responsible for the design, development, and integration of avionics systems in compliance with industry standards such as DO-178C, DO-254, ARINC, MIL-STD, and RTCA. Leads system architecture decisions, component selection, and interface definition while managing avionics hardware–software integration. Provides technical leadership through task allocation, progress tracking, mentorship, and design or code reviews. Supports troubleshooting and debugging during integration and testing phases, and drives continuous improvements in engineering processes, documentation quality, and overall system performance.
