Amentum is in seeking a qualified Avionics/Electronic Bench Technician II to support our operations at Naval Air Station in New Orleans, LA.
The Avionics/Electronic Bench Technician II diagnoses malfunctions and repairs Avionic Test Equipment, observes and trains under higher grade workers on diagnosis and repair on less complex repair/maintenance problems, solves repair problems by studying drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical publications; uses automated maintenance data systems to monitor maintenance trends, analyze equipment requirements, maintain equipment records, document maintenance actions, analyzes, diagnosis and repairs Avionic Test Equipment to component level using conventional and digital multi-meters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, frequency counters, oscilloscopes, circuit card testers, transistor testers, and hand tools.
