Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Automotive Industry (Sr Executive)

▪ Experience: 4+ Years

▪ Location: Gurgaon (Interview: Face-to-Face at Gurgaon Office)

▪ Qualification: Full-time MBA in HR

▪ Notice Period: Immediate to Max 30 Days

▪ Key Responsibilities:

▪ - End-to-end Talent Acquisition for automotive industry roles

▪ - Strong stakeholder management, including coordination with AVP/VP/COO/CEOlevel leadership

▪ - Drive campus hiring initiatives and build strong campus relationships

▪ - Maintain and manage recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics

▪ - Work closely with recruitment vendors and manage external hiring partners

▪ - Collaborate with global teams, especially in Austria and Germany, for hiring

alignment and communication

▪ Requirements:

▪ - Must have relevant Talent Acquisition experience in the automotive industry

▪ - Well-versed in engineering hiring, technical center hiring, and software hiring

▪ - Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders with professionalism

▪ - Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

▪ - Strong analytical and reporting skills

▪ - Experience in international coordination is a plus

▪ - Preferred male candidates

▪ - Candidate from corporate only not from consulting background
