Responsibilities

  • Creating pipeline in timely manner for Campus hiring. Creating data base of universities and colleges based on company needs, working on forecasting of recruitment for freshers.

  • Maintaining relationships with universities and campuses across various cities to ensure success of SMBC India campus program.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the programs successfully.

  • The role invariably involves collaborating with multiple internal teams, and external campuses.

  • and applicant documentation.

  • Work closely with corporate communication teams locally and with campus team in APAC to collaborate and bring best experience to India campus program.

  • Work with R&R team and campuses to ensure that SMBC remains competitive in the market. This will require thorough research, analysis, and internal selling to the stakeholders.

    • Experience & Qualifications

  • 5-7years of campus hiring experience with a strong exposure to planning, executing, and engaging with campuses across Under Grad, Management and Engineering colleges

  • We’re interested in your strategic approach to problem-solving creatively and project management across a complex organization.

  • PG in any discipline

  • Articulate with strong written and oral communication.

  • Good Interpersonal skills, with both external counterparties and internal stakeholders

  • Practical experience in handling data on excel and creating analysis from various viewpoints.

  • Strong in thinking and creating PowerPoints.
