Job Description
- Support fund raising across debt and equity instruments for infrastructure and real estate businesses, including NCD, project finance, term loans, LRD and CP
- Collaborate with the CFO to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain robust project financial models, including IRR, NPV, DSCR, break-even, and sensitivity analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate financial practices.
- Mentor and guide the accounting & finance team to achieve departmental goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful AVP - CFO's Office should have:
- CA/CFA+MBA with 12-15 years of post-qualification experience.
