Roles and Responsibilities
Creating an effective & robust preventive mechanism to correct behaviours at ground level & reduce probability of ER outburst in a spread-out geography.
Support HR Team/Business Manages with queries pertaining to labour and employment law.
Effectively engage and manage relationships with legal counsellors, work on litigation strategies with respect to employment disputes.
Represent company before all Govt. authorities.
Coordinating with multiple stake holders including HR, legal & compliance team, and close ER issues within tight timelines
Closely coordinate with Legal counsellors for employee related issues and ensure closure with TAT
Well versed with execution of the actionable Terminations, Warnings etc for all employee related.
