Role

The role involves overseeing the management and resolution of all legal cases, including customer, vendor and land. It includes ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, standardizing contracts, coordinating with external counsels, and enhancing internal case tracking systems. Additionally, the role focuses on minimizing legal costs, ensuring good corporate practice, and strengthening legal compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer-related documents such as Conveyance deeds, booking forms, Builder Buyer Agreements, Offer of Possession, Allotment letter, Maintenance service agreements and other contractual documents etc. to ensure legal robustness and compliance with legal requirements
