  • Experience managing budget, cost and pricing of support services
  • Infrastructure experience with associated certifications (Certified solution architect, Azure Certified architect)
  • ITIL Certification would be mandatory.
  • Experience with MSP Audit requirement and fitment criteria's will be helpful
  • Understands & promotes security best practices
  • Experience with monitoring and metrics of a global infrastructure Experience on Wintel or Linux / Networks would be helpful
