*Role Summary*
The AVP – Client Servicing will be a senior leadership role responsible for managing and growing Gy FTR’s enterprise client portfolio. The role requires deep expertise in enterprise account management, B2 B client servicing, and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on client retention, revenue growth, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage relationships with key enterprise and strategic B2 B clients
Act as the primary escalation point for high-value clients, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction
Drive account growth, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across the client base
Partner with corporate sales teams to support deal closures and post-sale client onboarding
Ensure end-to-end delivery of client campaigns, programs, and gifting solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Finance, Operations) to deliver customized solutions
Track account performance, revenue metrics, and client health indicators
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing client servicing/account management team
Develop and implement best practices, SOPs, and service frameworks for enterprise clients
Gather client feedback and market insights to influence product and solution enhancements
Required Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client servicing, B2 B sales support, or corporate relationship management
Proven experience managing large enterprise or Fortune-level clients
Strong background in B2 B, corporate sales, loyalty, rewards, fintech, Saa S, or digital solutions preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and long sales/service cycles
Prior experience leading and scaling client-facing teams at a senior level
Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth from existing accounts
