Key Responsibilities
Executive & Senior Leadership Hiring
- Lead end-to-end executive search for CXO, EVP, SVP, VP, and other critical leadership roles
- Partner with Board members, CEO, and senior leadership on succession planning and leadership hiring
- Develop robust candidate assessment frameworks focused on leadership capability, culture fit, and future readiness
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Define and execute executive hiring strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future leadership needs
- Advise leadership on market intelligence, talent availability, and compensation trends
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across business units
- Manage relationships with external executive search firms and consultants
- Represent the organization as a brand ambassador in the leadership talent market
