Executive & Senior Leadership Hiring
Lead end-to-end executive search for CXO, EVP, SVP, VP, and other critical leadership roles
Partner with Board members, CEO, and senior leadership on succession planning and leadership hiring
Develop robust candidate assessment frameworks focused on leadership capability, culture fit, and future readiness
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Define and execute executive hiring strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future leadership needs
Advise leadership on market intelligence, talent availability, and compensation trends
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across business units
Manage relationships with external executive search firms and consultants
Represent the organization as a brand ambassador in the leadership talent market
