About the role:

The AVP Health Platform Owner is a strategic leader in our Canadian agile delivery model responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery across Health’s technology platforms to ensure a great client experience. Reporting to the VP, Transformation & Enablement in Canadian Operations, the role involves a combination of leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. They work in close partnership with Technology and Health business leaders to build and execute a roadmap of initiatives aligned to business and Operations strategy, ensuring solutions are well designed, creating shared capabilities where appropriate, and executing and managing change flawlessly. They advocate for the business, taking a holistic view of the processes involved and drive improvements that enhance overall organization value and competitiveness.​
