Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Associate Vice President (AVP) in Corporate Advisory, based in Ahmedabad. The AVP will be responsible for leading and managing investment banking processes, including overseeing transaction execution, building financial models, conducting due diligence, and preparing client presentations. The role involves extensive collaboration with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to provide strategic financial advisory and support. The AVP will also work on identifying new business opportunities to support organizational growth and success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Finance principles
• Strong expertise in Investment Banking and conducting Due Diligence processes
• Well-developed Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Work experience in investment banking or related finance domains is highly advantageous
• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
