Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of managers and front-line lead qualification, across multiple locations.
  • Design and implement lead assignment system to ensure efficient utilisation of leads across the funnel
  • Drive the overall lead journey process, ensuring timely and high-quality handoff of leads to the sales team.
  • Work closely with Lead Generation and Lead qualification teams to forecast monthly lead volumes and align region- and channel-wise plans.
  • Install and stabilize scalable processes that can adapt to shifting sales priorities without compromising lead quality.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize throughput and team productivity.
  • Act as the coordination point between sales and lead-gen teams, bringing clarity and predictability to lead flows.
  • Develop managerial talent within the team and build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and ownership.
