AVP Payment Operations

Our Client, a well-established Foreign Bank in Malaysia is seeking a person skilled and experienced in global payments operations processing & support to join their dynamic Payment Operations division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operations and processing support for the payments operations of thebank.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor all domestic and international remittances according to BNM regulations. Process remittances via relevant channels within set deadlines.
• Oversee Rentas payments and take follow-up actions as needed.
• Track FX Bundle and FX tickets; address inquiries or issues with stakeholders.
• Report incoming/outgoing transactions to the treasury team promptly, either manually or through the system.
• Process the clearing of cheques (inward/outward/inward return/outward return) within the specified cutoff times.
