Responsibilities
Work with Senior Program lead to manage implementation of Agency Loan system projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and specifications, managing the end-to-end execution of projects, till project closure.Support the management decision process through the creation of project charters, scope documents, risk assessments, budgets and IT Value (ROI, IRR) discussions.Prioritize and coordinate to get approvals for projects and drive project initiation. Estimate the impact of new or modified services in terms of cost, capacity, contingency, infrastructure, and resources.Conduct feasibility studies and confirm resulting business unit decisions.Consult with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment of projects with multiple business units’ strategy and objectives.Collaborate with Product Owners or Transformation teams to understand business goals, needs or pain points and in...
