Role: AVP – Project Management (IT)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

CTC: Up to 25 LPA

Experience: Minimum 10 Years (Pure IT Background)

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager at AVP level to lead end-to-end project delivery across technology initiatives. This role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive complex IT projects independently. Only candidates with a pure IT background will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full lifecycle delivery of IT projects, from requirement gathering to deployment

• Drive project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and business units

• Ensure all projects meet scope, quality, and compliance standards

• Monitor performance, conduct project reviews, and provide timely project status reports

• Manage vendor coordination, contracts, deliverables, and SLAs

• Implement best practices in project governance and documentation

• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth execution

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in IT project management (applications, infra, system integration, or digital transformation)

• Hands-on expertise in project planning tools and methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale, time-bound IT projects

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field (Mandatory)
