1. Engineering & Solutioning Excellence

• Drive engineering-led problem solving with a strong focus on DPI (Design, Productivity & Innovation).
• Develop new equipment and asset solutions for existing BOH (Back of House) environments to enhance efficiency, durability, and scalability.
• Design robust industrial and retail construction solutions that:
• Optimize costs
• Introduce alternate and sustainable materials
• Improve aesthetics and lifecycle longevity

2. Capex, Cost & Commercial Ownership

• Own and govern end-to-end Capex planning, control, and optimization.
• Identify and mitigate engineering challenges related to layouts, cost per sq. ft., and material efficiency.
