1. Engineering & Solutioning Excellence
Drive

engineering-led problem solving

with a strong focus on

DPI (Design, Productivity & Innovation) .
Develop

new equipment and asset solutions

for existing BOH (Back of House) environments to enhance efficiency, durability, and scalability.
Design

robust industrial and retail construction solutions

that:
Optimize costs
Introduce alternate and sustainable materials
Improve aesthetics and lifecycle longevity

2. Capex, Cost & Commercial Ownership
Own and govern

end-to-end Capex planning, control, and optimization .
Identify and mitigate engineering challenges related to

layouts, cost per sq. ft., and material efficiency .
Support and enable

new and experimental formats , including:
Education-led formats
Small-format stores
Transit-location stores (airports, highways, metro stations)
