Website Head to oversee the development and management of our company's online presence. As the
Website Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of web developers, designers, and content
creators to ensure our website is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and provides a seamless user
experience and Integration with third party martech platforms

1. Increase organic traffic to the company's website
2. Improve website ranking for target keywords
3. Enhance website content optimization to improve user experience and search engine
performance.
4. Develop and implement link building strategies to improve website authority
5. Perform regular technical SEO audits and optimize website structure and metadata
6. Manage and optimize local search listings for business locations
7. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights
8. Research and stay current on search engine algorithm updates and industry trends
9. Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure SEO aligns with overall marketing objectives
. Develop and lead a team of SEO specialists, providing coaching, guidance, and professional
development opportunities
. Develop and implement a strategic plan for the company's website that aligns with the overall
business goals and objectives
. Manage a team of web developers, designers, and content creators to ensure the website is
updated, optimized, and maintained
. Collaborate with other departments to ensure website content is accurate, relevant, and
engaging for our target audience
. Monitor website analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance and
user experience
