    Job Description

  • Lead and mentor QA, QC, and laboratory teams; embed a strong quality culture
  • Define and implement quality strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Own and strengthen QMS including ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, and audit programs
  • Ensure quality compliance across raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
  • Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Govern quality standards for contract manufacturing plants with zero market complaints
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, certifications, labeling, and traceability
  • Lead supplier quality audits and raw material quality assurance programs
  • Conduct monthly reviews on water balance, ETP/CIP/WTP chemical costs, and plant health
  • Manage customer quality complaints and present insights to senior leadership

    • The Successful Applicant

  • 12-15+ years of experience in Quality leadership within FMCG / Food / Beverage
  • Strong command over QMS, food safety regulations, audits, and compliance
  • Proven experience managing quality for contract manufacturing units
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented leader with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline
