Overview

The AVP, Research Science and Advanced Analytics provides strategic and operational leadership for Inovalons researchanalyticscapabilities. This role leverages deep subject matter expertise to optimize client outcomes andimproveinternal processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technical subject matter experts (SMEs) responsible for delivering analytics and researchresults for internal and external clients.
• Manage analyst resource availability, planning, and allocation to optimize team performance and meet project timelinesand budgets.
• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Inovalons products, services, and infrastructure to ensure optimal operational and financial performance.
• Serve as thought leader and SME inoptimizingresearchdatabases, programming (SQL, SAS, R, Python), data analytics, biostatistics, econometrics, and research methods.
