Role Overview:

The AVP Salesforce Revenue Cloud Technical Architect will lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce CPQ & Billing solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive digital transformation across revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ, Billing, etc.)
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Lead teams across discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems and third-party platforms
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and compliance across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle
• Mentor teams on best practices and solution standards
• Conduct workshops and training for clients and internal stakeholders
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Salesforce architecture
• Collaborate with leadership to align technology with business goals

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent
• Extensive Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Revenue Cloud
• Proven track record in CPQ and Billing implementations
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, and API integrations
• Experience in data migration, system integration, and performance optimization
• Proficiency in Apex enterprise patterns and Salesforce platform features
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist
• Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional
• Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
