AVP, Solution Delivery (Domain Lead)

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Enterprise Reconciliation domain strategy to support business automation and process optimization across Group Operations.
• Serve as the SME and trusted advisor for all solutions built on Data Integrity Manager, VBA, Python in relation to reconciliations.
• Lead the design, development and delivery of high‑impact automation solutions that address complex operational challenges.
• Lead and mentor through example: hands‑on contributor and actively participates in development.
• Responsible for driving and reviewing deep‑dive analysis information into areas of user needs to best understand the current trends and existing conditions.
• Provide support to Unit Testing, System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test and manage the defects raised for UT, SIT and UAT.
