Role Overview
SwipeLoan is hiring an AVP – Technology to own, lead, and stabilize the entire technology function, covering:
- Backend Engineering (PHP / Laravel)
- Frontend / Mobile (Flutter)
- QA & Release Quality
- DevOps & AWS Production Operations
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a title-based or vendor-coordination position.
You are expected to understand code, infrastructure, security, and people, and take end-to-end responsibility for delivery and stability in a fintech environment.
