AVP – Technology (Engineering Leadership & Execution)


Location: Pune (On-site preferred)

Experience: 8–12 Years (hands-on + leadership)

Salary: ₹12–14 Lakhs per annum (Fixed)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Founder / CEO



Role Overview

SwipeLoan is hiring an AVP – Technology to own, lead, and stabilize the entire technology function , covering:

  • Backend Engineering (PHP / Laravel)
  • Frontend / Mobile (Flutter)
  • QA & Release Quality
  • DevOps & AWS Production Operations

This is a hands-on leadership role , not a title-based or vendor-coordination position.

You are expected to understand code, infrastructure, security, and people , and take end-to-end responsibility for delivery and stability in a fintech environment.
