Swipe Loan is hiring an AVP – Technology to own, lead, and stabilize the entire technology function , covering:
Backend Engineering (PHP / Laravel)
Frontend / Mobile (Flutter)
QA & Release Quality
Dev Ops & AWS Production Operations
This is a hands-on leadership role , not a title-based or vendor-coordination position.
You are expected to understand code, infrastructure, security, and people , and take end-to-end responsibility for delivery and stability in a fintech environment.
Core Responsibilities
1) End-to-End Tech Ownership
Act as single-point owner of technology outcomes
Translate business priorities into executable technical plans
Own delivery timelines, release quality, and production...
