Job Title: Associate – Cash and Trade Sales

Location: Mumbai, India
Department: Transaction Banking Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate – Cash and Trade Sales to join our Transaction Banking team in Mumbai. The role focuses on managing and growing relationships with large corporates based in Mumbai and multinational companies across Western India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales across cash management and trade finance products, onboarding new clients, and deepening existing relationships to maximize revenue and wallet share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate and multinational clients.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:Drive sales of cash management and trade finance solutions to meet revenue targets.Increase the overall trade book and liquidity revenue through proactive engagement and cross-selling.
  • Client Onboarding:Onboard new clients with trade and cash solutions across large corporates and Multinational companies.Ensure seamless implementation and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Product Commercialization:Promote and commercialize the full suite of transaction banking products, including structured trade solutions.Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Market Development:Identify new business opportunities within the corporate and MNC segment in Western India.Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:4-8 years of experience in transaction banking sales, trade finance, or cash management.Proven track record of managing corporate relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Skills:Strong understanding of trade finance, cash management, and liquidity solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver under tight timelines.
