Role Summary/Purpose:

The AVP, VDI Product Engineer will be a member of a team responsible for designing, building, deploying and the day to day operations of Synchrony’s Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of VDI Infrastructure and is expected to work with VDI Support team to troubleshoot applications, access issues and applying necessary updates with hotfixes to the infrastructure environment. Additionally, this role will require infrastructure planning, operational analysis, development, testing, technical documentation and reporting skills.
