  • Design and deliver training modules tailored for various levels of employees within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training solutions.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance leadership development and succession planning.
  • Research and introduce innovative learning tools and methodologies to improve engagement.
  • Manage budgets and resources allocated for learning and development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in training and development.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Head of Learning and Development should have:

  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development roles within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of venture capital or private equity sectors.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programmes tailored to organisational needs.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training tools.
