Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organisational goals. Design and deliver training modules tailored for various levels of employees within the organisation. Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training solutions. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback and performance metrics. Lead initiatives to enhance leadership development and succession planning. Research and introduce innovative learning tools and methodologies to improve engagement. Manage budgets and resources allocated for learning and development activities. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in training and development. The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Learning and Development should have:
A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in learning and development roles within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of venture capital or private equity sectors. Ability to design and implement effective training programmes tailored to organisational needs. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training tools.
