Job Description
As an AVP/VP in the investments team, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to -
Lead the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in the private equity space. Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the fund's goals. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential investments. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, entrepreneurs, and industry partners. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities. Participate in fundraising activities and contribute to the firm's overall growth strategy. A successful AVP/VP - Investments should have:
Experience required - Prior experience of 7-10 years in private equity, growth venture capital or investment banking Educational Qualification - Has completed their education from a Tier-1 institute Sector exposure - Financial Services or any related sector Experience of managing multiple transactions end-to-end from sourcing, execution and exits Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex financial data Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders effectively A proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment A proactive and results-oriented approach to identifying and executing investment opportunities
