AV/VC Support Engineer

AV (Audio Visual) / VC (Video Conferencing) Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Daily AV / VC Support:

• Perform regular health checks of AV / VC meeting rooms
• Hands-on experience with Cisco AV / VC solutions
  (Cisco Webex Rooms, Cisco VC endpoints, codecs, touch panels, controllers)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
  • Displays and screens
  • Video conferencing systems
  • Microphones, speakers, cameras, and cables
• Support live meetings and respond to AV / VC issues as per SLA timelines
• Work on service tickets raised for AV / VC incidents

Equipment Handling & Setup:

• Support installation, replacement, and removal of AV / VC equipment
• Assist with floor-to-floor and room-to-room movement of AV / VC assets using service elevators
