The Awake Night Youth Support Worker plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, stable, and supportive overnight environment for youth. This position requires staff to remain awake and alert for the entire shift, provide supervision, respond to overnight needs, and ensure a smooth transition into the morning routine.

This role is well-suited for individuals who are self-directed, observant, and calm under pressure, and who understand the importance of consistency and structure in overnight care.
