Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive AWS Developer to join our cloud contact center team leveraging Amazon Connect . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Lex, Lambda and Amazon DynamoDB , and will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing our cloud-based customer service infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in AWS Lambda functions integrated with Amazon Connect workflows.
  • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline for seamless deployment and rollback
  • Manage and query Amazon DynamoDB tables for real-time data access and updates.
