🚀 We’re Hiring: AWS Cloud & GenAI Solution Architect

Are you passionate about building AI-enabled, cloud-native architectures on AWS? Do you enjoy working with GenAI, LLMs, and scalable serverless platforms? We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud & GenAI Solution Architect to join our team and lead next-generation cloud and AI initiatives.

🔹 Role & Responsibilities

Architecture & Solutioning

• Design highly available, scalable, secure, and optimized AI-enabled cloud architectures on AWS.
• Architect solutions using LLMs, Agentic AI, and AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB Streams, CodeBuild, etc.
• Define and execute cloud adoption, modernization, and migration strategies.
• Integrate AWS services (including cross-account) using AWS SDKs for governance, automation, and provisioning.

Frameworks & Reusable Platforms

• Build reusable frameworks to accelerate cloud-native and GenAI-based solution delivery.
• Develop accelerators for serverless applications, CI/CD pipelines, AI inference workflows, and infrastructure provisioning.

DevOps, Automation & Governance

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation (expert level), CDK, or Terraform.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
• Enable cloud security, monitoring, logging, observability, and compliance best practices.
• Contribute to Landing Zone / Control Tower design and multi-account governance.

AI / LLM Enablement

• Architect and integrate GenAI and LLM-based features into enterprise applications.
• Build RAG-based solutions, embeddings pipelines, prompt management layers, and inference workflows.
• Evaluate and guide adoption of new AWS AI services including Bedrock models, Agents, Guardrails, and fine-tuning.
• Advise on model selection, tuning, vector indexing, cost, latency, and scalability.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor engineering teams and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Support WBS creation, estimations, and SOW preparation.
• Drive PoCs/PoVs with strong business justification.
• Participate in architecture governance and design reviews.

🔹 Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in AWS application/solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise in AWS serverless and event-driven services.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenSearch, or similar.
• Strong background in AWS compute, networking, security, storage, deployment, and automation.
• Expertise with AWS SDKs and programmatic service consumption.
• Application development experience in Node.Js or Python.
• Deep experience with AWS CloudFormation and AWS-native CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

🔹 Good to Have

• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector stores (OpenSearch, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Advanced DynamoDB patterns (global tables, streams, TTLs).
• Exposure to AWS RDS, Service Catalog, enterprise governance tooling, and cross-account frameworks.
