Role Overview
We are seeking an

AWS Connect

with strong

AWS development experience

to design, implement, and support scalable, secure cloud-based contact center solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement

Amazon Connect

contact center solutions
Develop

contact flows, IVR, and routing logic
Integrate with

AWS services

(Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB) and third-party systems
Build

serverless solutions

using Lambda and REST APIs
Automate infrastructure using

IaC

(CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform)
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, security, and costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support
Required Skills
7+ years of hands-on

Amazon Connect

experience
Strong knowledge of

AWS services

and

REST APIs
