Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Databricks Architect. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of data solutions on the AWS platform using Databricks, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture and data engineering.
  • Strong expertise in AWS services, particularly with AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, and EC2.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing data pipelines using Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and proficiency in PySpark and Scala.
  • Strong background in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Ability to work with diverse data formats including JSON, Parquet, and Avro.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in data engineering.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Databricks Certified Data Engineer, are a plus.
