**Job Overview:**
We're seeking an AWS expert to help us achieve seamless, anytime production deployments. Currently, we can only release when there is no traffic. You'll help us ensure deployments can happen any time without interrupting user sessions.
**Environment:**
- AWS Elastic Beanstalk with Tomcat and Java
- In-memory sessions (with stickiness enabled)
- Rolling deployment with additional batch policy
- Application load balancer and target group handling traffic
**What We Need:**
- Ensure deployments don't disrupt active users' sessions.
- Enable us to release at any time of day without waiting for no traffic.
- Old instances should remain running as long as they are serving active session users and only terminate once those sessions expire or users log out.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
