Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned AWS Dev Ops Architect with strong experience in Amazon Connect and Amazon Nova Sonic to design, build, and operate enterprise-scale cloud contact center and voice AI platforms. The candidate will lead Dev Ops architecture, automation, and reliability for real-time voice and conversational AI systems on AWS.

• Architect and lead AWS Dev Ops strategy for cloud-native contact center platforms
• Design, deploy, and manage Amazon Connect environments including IVR, call flows, routing, and telephony
• Architect and support Amazon Nova Sonic–based voice AI solutions for real-time speech and conversational workflows
