Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AWS Dev Ops Engineer with strong hands-on AWS experience and proven expertise in cloud migration projects to join our team.
Experience: 10+ Years
Mode of Work: Remote
Location: Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate
Shift: US Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end cloud migration of applications and infrastructure from on-premises or other cloud platforms to AWS.
- Assess existing environments and define migration strategies (re-host, re-platform, re-architect).
- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS environments using Cloud Watch and other monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with development teams in Agile environments and support releases.
- Participate in production support and on-call rotations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Dev Ops Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, ELB, Cloud Watch, and EKS.
- Proven experience in cloud migration projects on AWS.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, etc.).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform / Cloud Formation).
- Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and security best practices.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / Dev Ops Engineer).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Exposure to cost optimization and performance tuning in AWS.
