The Client and Role :

We're currently working with a major Australian logistics company, following a recent merger they currently have high demand integration projects and are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to join the organisation on an initial 6 month contract with view to extend further following the program of work.

Responsibilities :

  • Execute AWS setup and transition plans for existing applications, ensuring a seamless migration from on‑premises to AWS cloud.
  • Implement and configure CI / CD pipelines and container environments to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Develop Python scripts and establish a robust database setup to support Boundary changes for Lime, enhancing overall system efficiency.
  • Work closely with AWS to implement security findings and identify cost‑saving opportunities within the AWS environment, leveraging regular meetings to drive improvements.
