Overview

Job Summary

The role develops and maintains end‑to‑end observability through dashboards, logging, and alerting across Kibana, Power BI, ELK, and AWS CloudWatch. It identifies performance issues, supports incident investigations, and collaborates with teams to define effective monitoring standards. It also enhances observability by automating monitoring infrastructure and continuously improving tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain monitoring dashboards using Kibana and Power BI to provide real-time and historical insights into system performance and application health.
• Set up, maintain, and optimize centralized logging solutions using Elasticsearch / ELK stack, ensuring logs are structured, searchable, and actionable.
