AWS Platform Engineer

• Lead architectural improvements and implement high availability (HA) for the applications hosted on AWS.
• Automate infrastructure tasks such as instance provisioning, application configuration, patch management, and restart workflows.
• Design and implement event-driven workflows using AWS services like Lambda, Step Functions, SNS, and SQS .
• Manage and maintain the platform's codebase in Bitbucket , ensuring version control and CI/CD integration.
• Enforce IAM policies and security best practices across the platform.
• Build and maintain restart automation with robust error handling and monitoring.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Document technical solutions, architecture decisions, and cloud operational procedures.
• Continuously enhance cloud governance and best practices.
