**Job Summary**



As an Azure Administrator you will manage, monitor, and optimize our organization's Azure cloud infrastructure. This position will be full-time and remote.



**Job Description**



We are looking for an **Azure Administrator** to manage, monitor, and optimize our organization's Azure cloud infrastructure.



**What You’ll Do**



+ Manage and forecast storage requirements, including database, logs, and files.

+ Monitor and address storage capacity, database tables, AI Builder, and other items in the Dataverse and Power environments.

+ Conduct regular checks on Azure resource usage, spinning down unused resources and adjusting running resources based on load trends.

+ Set up and monitor Azure Monitor, reviewing alerts, logs, and issues for proactive problem-solving.

+ Review daily Azure subscription costs for outliers and potential overspending.

+ Collaborate with development teams to ensure cost-effective resource provisioning and scaling strategies.

+ Ensure optimal performance of PowerApps user interfaces (Canvas apps).

+ Monitor and remediate failures in Power Automate workflows.

+ Analyze chatbot conversations to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience.

+ Set up and review alerts, logs, and workbooks in Application Insights Analytics.

+ Create daily, weekly, and monthly standard work queries for system health and performance tracking.

+ Manage incidents and service requests as per ITIL best practices.

+ Generate and track KPIs for system performance and availability.

+ Track and optimize the accuracy of the email assignment prediction model.

+ Manage and monitor Azure OpenAI services to ensure consistent performance.

+ Set up and monitor Azure Data Factory processes for seamless data integration.

+ Maintain health checks on email agents and DevOps pipelines for changes and updates.

+ Administer Azure Active Directory (AAD) for user identity and access management.

+ Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.

+ Conduct regular security assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

+ Design and maintain backup solutions and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

+ Perform regular recovery testing to validate disaster recovery readiness.

+ Automate repetitive tasks using tools like PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates.

+ Streamline deployment processes and reduce manual intervention.

+ Work closely with DevOps, development, and IT teams to ensure efficient application deployments and scalability.

+ Provide technical guidance and support for Azure-related projects.



**What You'll Need**



+ Proven experience in managing Azure environments, including VMs, storage, and networking.

+ Strong understanding of Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and PowerApps.

+ Proficiency in automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates.

+ Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and KPI reporting.

+ Familiarity with cost management principles and cloud governance policies.

+ Expertise in identity and access management (Azure AD, RBAC, MFA).

+ Experience with Azure Data Factory, PowerAutomate workflows, and chatbot analytics.

+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
