We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Azure AI Co-Pilot Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic team. 

Candidates are ideally located in Bangalore or Pune, with flexibility to consider other major metros such as Hyderabad or Chennai. This role requires working onsite two days per week. 

Azure AI Co-Pilot Engineer | About You

As an Azure AI Co-Pilot Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping next-generation AI solutions using Microsoft's Azure AI ecosystem. You are curious, adaptable, and excited to explore emerging technologies like Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio. While these tools are new, you have some hands-on experience and a strong desire to deepen your expertise. You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about leveraging AI to deliver real business impact. Your ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively makes you an invaluable contributor to our AI initiatives.

Azure AI Co-Pilot Engineer | Day-to-Day

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Build and customize copilots that integrate seamlessly with business workflows, leveraging conversational AI and generative AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable AI solutions.
• Experiment with and fine-tune AI models, applying best practices for prompt engineering, orchestration, and deployment.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and tools, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems or introduce new capabilities.
• Work independently and within global teams, contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment.

Azure AI Co-Pilot Engineer | Skills & Experience

• 2–3 months of hands-on experience (or strong interest) with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
• Solid programming skills in Python and familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with ML libraries and UI development (Streamlit or JavaScript frameworks) is a plus.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of secure API/web service development and data protection best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
