Job Description

What you will do

  • Cloud Engineer is responsible for developing and supporting ExxonMobil's Azure platform.

  • Strong architecture and coding skills are desired in order understand the cloud environment, develop scripts, and code automated deployment of resources (PaaS, IaaS, network) in Azure.

  • Engineer will develop, automate, and implement platform solutions related to our core Azure environment.

  •  This includes subscriptions, resource groups, management groups, and the Azure logic app to name a few. This role allows for direct collaboration with internal and external parties (especially Microsoft) to help design and implement the Azure platform environment.

  • Software development experience desired, ideally with the following technologies: PowerShell, Python, JavaScript (Single-page app development ideal – Angular or React), and Azure functionality like the logic app.
