Azure Data engineer

We are looking for a skilled Azure Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will work closely with data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient data processing, storage, and access.

Looking For Banking Domain

 Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop robust and scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics

· Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes

· Implement data lake and data warehouse solutions using Azure Data Lake Storage, SQL Server, and Synapse

· Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources (e.g., APIs, databases, files)

· Ensure data quality, integrity, and security

· Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control using Azure DevOps / Git

· Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and architecture discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

· 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering with hands-on experience in Azure cloud services

· Strong knowledge of:

· Azure Data Factory

· Azure Data Lake (Gen1/Gen2)

· Azure Synapse Analytics

· Databricks / Spark

· SQL

· Python / PySpark

· Experience with data modeling, metadata management, and performance tuning

· Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices
